The Idea

• Set up a new version of surftech.tv (which is no longer a thing).

• Contains a list of videos and selects one at random every time you hit the page.

• You can't see the list. Just what's currently being shown.

• Three buttons for video selection: "done", "later", and "never" where "done" marks the video as watched and takes it out of rotation, "later" skips to a new video but keeps the skipped on in rotation, and "never" which skips to a new video taking the skipped
  one out of rotation (which is probably really the same thing as "done", but with a different mental context)

• it'll keep track of what you've watched in local storage.

• will see about using https://dexie.org/ to allow login and saving user state.

• two categories to start: "coding/tech", "misc". you can have one or both.

• filter for duration: less than 5 minutes or any length.
